Privacy Policy for Fishbook

This Privacy Policy describes how Fishbook, developed by 4Ingens doo Novi Sad, handles user information. Fishbook is a mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms. Your privacy is important to us. This document explains what information we do (and don't) collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. No Account, No Personal Data Collection
Fishbook does not require you to create an account. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information such as your name, email address, location, or contact data.
All app features are accessible without any sign-in or registration.
2. Local-Only Data Storage
All user-generated content — such as fishing markers and notes — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to your data and it is never uploaded to our servers.
You are solely in control of creating, updating, and deleting your data through the app interface.
3. In-App Purchases
Fishbook offers optional in-app subscriptions to enhance the user experience by unlocking additional features (e.g., the ability to add more than 5 markers).
All purchases are securely processed through:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Billing (Android)
We do not store or process payment information directly.
4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics provided by Google to:
- Understand general app usage trends
- Identify and fix bugs or crashes
These tools may automatically collect anonymous usage data, such as:
- Device model and OS
- General location (based on IP)
- App interaction and crash logs
We do not use this data to identify or track individual users, and no personal information is shared with third parties.
5. No Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties.
6. Data Security
As Fishbook stores all data locally on your device, we recommend that you protect your device with appropriate security settings. While we use trusted analytics tools, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Fishbook is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our app, please contact us via the Telegram support group.
8. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Since Fishbook does not collect or store personal data, most data privacy rights (such as access, correction, or deletion) do not apply. However, if you have questions about the anonymous analytics tools used, you may contact us.
